Keller Williams Realty has announced that Nate Hayward, owner of Hayward Design Build, and a realtor with Keller Williams Realty Green Mountain Properties, has won the Better Home Award for Single Family Home Over 3,000 Square Feet- Cost under $500,000 at the 2011 Vermont Home Builders and Remodelers Association Awards Banquet.
Nate, in his role as a partner in H and H Real Estate, LLC., recently completed permitting and acquisition of a 34 lot residential sub-division on Rte 2 near the Waterbury/Moretown town line. The project was originally approved in the 1970’s by the original developer and has been dormant for quite some time. With the current lack of affordable homes and the housing need created by the recent flooding the timing seems appropriate and we are very excited to begin construction in the next several weeks.
