Jeff LaBonte, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Special Olympics Vermont is pleased to welcome Andi Higbee to the Board. Andi is Burlington’s Deputy Police Chief and has been involved with Special Olympics Vermont for nearly two decades. He is a “celebrity” with many of the athletes and his personal commitment to the organization is a true asset.
