Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc., of Hanover, recently announced the appointment of Dan Watkins, of Cavendish, VT, as Estimator.
Mr. Watkins is a 2011 graduate of Vermont Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in the Construction Practices and Management Program.
