Aldrich + Elliott, PC recently welcomed Andrew Legg, P.E. to the A+E team of engineers and professionals. Mr. Legg is a civil engineer with over twenty years of experience in municipal and water resources engineering. For the last eight years, he was the Town Engineer for the Town of Milton. In this role, he served as the head of public works administration and as a technical resource for the Town on issues related to public infrastructure. Prior to coming to Vermont, he worked as a project manager in Colorado on water resources projects including water treatment plants, pipelines, dams, and drainage projects. He has also authored publications for the US Geological Survey on urban stormwater quality. He is a graduate of Clarkson University with a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering and has a Masters in Water Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
