Realtor® Ivy Knipes recently joined Geri Reilly Real Estate as Buyer’s Agent and Closing Coordinator. Geri Reilly and her husband, Michael Simoneau opened their own agency in August 2010 and now employ three full‐time real estate agents and two assistants. Ivy is a native Vermonter and has been a licensed Realtor® since 2006. As an avid horseback rider, she specializes in equine properties and also first time home buyers. She is a former teacher and holds her BA in History. In addition to selling real estate she is also the Closing Coordinator for Geri's team and is responsible for all details of the real estate transaction from deposit to closing including: monitoring paperwork, tracking the status of the transaction and coordinating with clients, brokers, agents, attorneys, lenders, appraisers and inspectors to ensure that the transaction closes smoothly and on time.
