New York Life Agent Bill Mount has been named a member of the 2011 Executive Council of New York Life Insurance Company. Members of the Executive Council are among the most successful of New York Life’s elite sales force of 11,900 licensed agents.
Bill has been a New York Life agent since 2008, and is associated with New York Life’s Vermont General Office in Colchester.
“In early 2010, my continuing drive to learn more about how to help you, my client, earned me the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from the American College, an institution of higher learning for Insurance and Financial Professionals. In June 2011, I completed a course on managing my practice which will help me grow into a much greater force for serving my community. I continue to grow and to learn more all the time.”
Bill grew up in a rural area of East Alabama near Auburn University where he attended college and Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Marketing. Bill also served in the Alabama Army National Guard as a Medical Specialist and as a Helicopter Flight NCO where he was decorated for taking action to save the lives of a group of U.S. Army Soldiers who were in varying stages of Heat Stroke and Heat Exhaustion.
