Small Dog Electronics named Rebecca Kraemer to the position of Director of IT and Consulting. She had previously been working at Small Dog in the role of Technician, Consultant and IT Support. This promotion makes Ms. Kraemer a member of the firm’s senior management team. Kraemer has been at Small Dog Electronics for three years, and has over 16 years of experience in Apple® consulting. She began her career at Cambridgeside Apple Store in Cambridge, MA, where she was retail and service manager for seven years before being promoted to store assistant manager and then to a certified Apple Genius Technician. In this role, Kraemer worked for the fourth busiest Apple Genius Team in the U.S. for five years.
In her new position as Director, Kraemer will lead the Consulting Department for Small Dog’s Vermont and New Hampshire locations, overseeing all aspects of home and business IT consulting. Kraemer’s first major task will focus on developing and integrating IT tools to improve both internal and external customer experiences. She will also focus on energy efficiency and creating a more streamlined workflow in the IT department.
