Rick Milliken, General Manager of the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton has announced that Jonathan Amon has received the hotel's Manager of the Year Award for 2010. He is the Rooms Division Manager and supervises the Front Desk Operations along with the Housekeeping and Engineering Departments. Originally employed in 2001 by the Clarion Hotel as Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Front Office Manager he joined the DoubleTree in his current position in 2010. A native of Medfield, MA, Amon received his degree from Champlain College in Hotel and Restaurant Management and was previously employed as Luxury Sales Manager for Orient-Express in Charleston, SC.
Located on Williston Road in So. Burlington, the DoubleTree by Hilton has 130 deluxe guest rooms, 33 suites, 6000 square feet of meeting space, and operates Trader Duke's Restaurant.
