A graduate of Elmira College with a degree in Business, Erin joins Capital Connections as an Account Associate with a role in client and public relations, account management and stakeholder outreach.

A native of the Finger Lakes Region in Upstate New York, Erin has worked with a broad range of clients in the areas of retail, tourism, financial services, healthcare and local government in the public relations arena. Most recently, she served as the Sales and Marketing Assistant at the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce in Seneca Falls, NY. In her role, Erin performed as an informational resource for Chamber members and community resources, managed member communications and was responsible for membership compliance and sales.
Shawn Shouldice, former co-founder of William Shouldice & Associates established Capital Connections, LLC in 2006. Paulette O’Bryan, who has worked with Shawn for over 15 years, joined Shawn at Capital Connections, LLC in 2007. The firm provides strategic solutions in government and public relations making significant progress in accomplishing the goals of its clients, and boasts expertise in strategic planning, coalition building, legislative and regulatory issues, media relations and grassroots advocacy.
