Holly K. Lemieux, Esq. joins Jarret Law Office, PLC

Jarrett Law Office, PLC a law firm that concentrates its practice on estate and elder law, is pleased to announce that Holly K. Lemieux, Esq. has joined its team of legal professionals.



Holly Lemieux has engaged in the full time practice of law since obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from the Western New England School of Law in Springfield Massachusetts in 1993. Before joining Jarrett Law Office, Holly was associated with a general practice firm in Burlington and practiced for 15 years with a 30 attorney firm in Easton, Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice law in the Vermont courts, Massachusetts courts and United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.



Holly currently focuses her practice on all aspects of estate and elder law, including the preparation of wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, guardianship and elder and special needs planning. In Massachusetts, Holly presented seminars to attorneys and other professionals in the community, in addition to her litigation practice. She is a member of the Vermont Bar Association, Chittenden County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.



While attending Western New England School of Law, Holly was a competing member of the Environmental Law Moot Court Team. After obtaining her degree, she served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Kenneth Lawrence of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Holly lives in Essex with her husband and two children.
