Kelliher Samets Volk (KSV), a Burlington-based marketing firm, welcomes David Coats as executive creative director. Coats will work with KSV's Burlington, Vt., Boston and New York offices to reinforce, enhance and support all creative efforts for KSV clients.
Coats joins KSV after serving as executive creative director at Dallas-based Slingshot, one of the largest independent branding agencies in the Southwest. At Slingshot, he specialized in leading brands including Jack Daniel's, Greyhound, ConocoPhillips, Dave & Buster's, and Mission Foods into the digital space, blending traditional and interactive efforts into seamless, fully-integrated campaigns. His work has been honored by The One Show, Communication Arts, The Webby Awards, and ABC's World's Funniest Commercials.
