Kathi Monteith was named President of the CVAA Board of
Directors at its Annual Meeting held at the Doubletree in South
Burlington. At the same meeting Glenn Jarrett was named the new
Vice-President of the CVAA Board of Directors.
Monteith, of Charlotte, has worked as Director of Community Relations
for The Arbors at Shelburne, a Benchmark Senior Living Community since 2005.
Monteith is the founder and president of the Vermont Elder Resource Group
(VERG), a networking group of professionals dedicated to senior issues.
Jarrett is the principal of Jarrett Law Office, PLC, in South Burlington
where he concentrates his practice on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid
planning, special needs planning and probate and trust administration.
Jarrett is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner.
CVAA is a non-profit organization that empowers seniors to live well. CVAA
works with seniors and caregivers, offering guidance and providing the
