Ken Gibbons, President and CEO of Union Bank, announced
the appointment of Martha J. Wilkins to the position of Assistant Treasurer
and Branch Manager of the Lyndonville Office. Ms. Wilkins’ primary
responsibility will be to actively serve the Lyndonville area by providing
deposit and residential loan products and services.

community bank, Union Bank is very aware of the value local people bring to
our offices. These are the people who are familiar with and who understand
the needs of the fifteen areas we currently serve with offices,” stated
Gibbons. “Martha brings close knowledge of and dedicated commitment to the
Lyndonville area. We are proud to have her knowledge, skills and enthusiasm
working for our customers.”
Wilkins brings a great deal of lending experience to the position. For the
past six years she served as Commercial Lender at the Northern Community
Investments Corporation. Prior to that, Ms. Wilkins worked at Union Bank for
more than 12 years, holding the position of Loan Servicing Manager. She has
completed a variety of courses offered through the National Association of
Development Companies in relation to SBA 504 loans. Ms. Wilkins has also
attended numerous classes through The Center for Financial Training (CFT).
Ms. Wilkins is a new member of the St. Johnsbury Business and Professional
Women of Vermont. She has served as a Board Member and Fundraising Chair of
the Lyndon Area Youth Hockey Association, and she is currently a Member of
the East Haven PTO Association.

expressed Ms. Wilkins. “There are many opportunities to make a difference in
the lives of my neighbors and our area.”
Ms. Wilkins currently resides in East Haven with her two sons Jacob and
Jarrett.
