Bill Young, Executive Director of Maple Leaf Farm is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Miller as Food Service Director. Lisa joined the Food Service staff at Maple Leaf Farm in 2008 and prior to that was the head cook at Mount Mansfield Union High School for twelve years. Lisa’s husband and three grown children have challenged her cooking skills for much longer. Her mission as Food Service Director is to provide tasty, nutritionally sound meals with a focus on fresh, locally grown ingredients.
Maple Leaf Farm is a 39-bed residential substance abuse treatment center licensed by the State of Vermont and is nationally accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Last year, 812 patients spent 12,566 days at Maple Leaf Farm.
