Cheshire Medical Center/Cheshire Health Foundation is pleased to welcome two new members to its Board of Trustees: Richard Church, of Nelson, and Robert Mucha, CPA, of Keene. Currently, the Cheshire Health Foundation Board is comprised of twenty-two members, including its new chairman, Jim Putnam, who was appointed earlier this year.
A retired Markem-Imaje executive, Richard Church has held positions in marketing and general management. In his last position there, he was the vice president of human resources and quality. Church was motivated to join the Board because of his interest in national medical issues. His community work includes serving as a member of the Historical Society of Cheshire County, and as the moderator of the Town of Nelson Conservancy. Church and his wife, raised four children and currently have six grandchildren.
Robert Mucha joined the Board with 39 years of professional experience in public accounting, in which he provides various accounting services, including auditing, tax preparation, and financial planning. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also Trustee and Chair of Keene School District Trust Funds, and is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Monadnock Economic Development Corp. Other community organization activities include membership on Keene Rotary Club, United Way, youth sports programs, and he is a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Mucha lives with his wife in Keene where they raised three sons and have five grandchildren.
“We are proud to announce our two newest members to the board,” said Art Nichols, Cheshire Medicals Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene’s CEO and President. “We are fortunate to have such a dynamic group of talented individuals representing Cheshire Health Foundation.”
