Green Mountain Children$B!G(Js Museum (GMCM) is pleased to announce the addition of Vicki Hayes to its Board of Directors.
Vicki brings over twenty years of experience to the GMCM Board as an educator, focusing on helping children develop their passions through hands-on, play-based experiences. She has a Masters degree in Elementary Education from Bank Street College of Education in New York City, and an MFA in Film and Media Arts from American University in Washington, DC. Vicki moved to Underhill in the summer of *$B!G*(J08 where she spends her time consulting, writing, tutoring, and teaching.
Vicki is one of several volunteers working tirelessly to establish a children's museum in the greater Burlington community that is accessible and affordable. In addition to her role as Secretary on the GMCM Board, Vicki devotes much of her creative energy and expertise to the exhibit committee.
GMCM invites the young and young at heart to experience the wonders of hands$B!(Jon exploration. Its mission is to spark imaginations and create an environment where playing and learning go hand in hand.
