Chow! Bella was the setting as Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) celebrated four staff members that have served the organization for twenty years or more. Three of the staff members work in the Developmental Services division while the fourth member is from the Behavioral Health Services division.
The four staff members receiving longevity awards at the dinner celebration were Connie Farrington, Job Coach for the Developmental Services Employment Team with 30 years of service; Heather Barrette, Program Manager for the Developmental Services Seniors Team and Kaye Beaudry, Substitute, for the Developmental Services Residential and Support Services Team both achieving 25 years of service and Ken Hunt, Outpatient Clinician for Behavioral Health Services who has been with NCSS for 20 years. The quartet accounts for over 100 years of service to NCSS.
Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is a private, nonprofit, human services agency serving Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Through its three direct services divisions – Developmental Services, Behavioral Health Services and Children, Youth & Family Services, NCSS provides intervention and support to children, teens, and adults with emotional and behavioral problems, mental illness and developmental disabilities.
