Greg Weimer, an attorney at Hoff Curtis, presented recently at the Evidence and Procedure Year in Review program at the 131st Vermont Bar Association’s Annual Meeting at the Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, VT. Weimer, a member of the Vermont Supreme Court Civil Rules Committee, helped draft changes to the Vermont Civil Rules to provide for the discovery of electronically stored information. “These changes will align Vermont with the Federal Rules and provide some much needed ground rules for this rapidly developing area of the law.”
