The Learning Place Childcare Center opened recently at 86 Center Rd in Essex with a new owner and director, Christina Tiemann. Tiemann holds a degree in Early Childhood Development and Professional Studies. She has worked in childcare in the Burlington area for ten years prior to opening her own center. Christina believes in helping children develop in a safe, fun and nurturing environment. Each child will receive the attention they need to encourage development while maintaining individuality for that child.
The interior space of the center has been entirely renovated to reflect a clean, engaging and age appropriate environment. This 3000 square foot licensed center will have fully certified staff working with small class ratios.
