William Greider. to be keynote speaker at Vermont Employee Ownership Conference

The 7th Annual Vermont Employee Ownership Conference will take place on June 5, 2009, at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. This year’s keynote address will be given by prominent political journalist and bestselling author William Greider. Greider is the national affairs correspondent for The Nation and has written for numerous periodicals including the Washington Post and Rolling Stone. He has also served as a correspondent for six Frontline documentaries on PBS. Greider is the author of the national bestsellers One World, Ready or Not, Secrets of the Temple, Who Will Tell the People, and The Soul of Capitalism: Opening Paths to a Moral Economy. His most recent book is Come Home, America: The Rise and Fall (and Redeeming Promise) of our Country. The Vermont Employee Ownership Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and fostering employee ownership.
