Primmer is pleased to announce that Jesse Crary, Alexandra Edelman and Adam Mordecai have become Of Counsel attorneys of the firm.

Jesse Crary concentrates his practice in the areas of captive insurance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters. His practice is largely focused on representing and advising single parent and group captive insurance companies, including risk retention groups and sponsored captives, in planning, formation, operation and dissolution. He is experienced in insurance company conversions, including demutualizations, reciprocal conversions, mergers and acquisitions, and captive redomestications. Jesse graduated from the University of Vermont in 1996 and from Vermont Law School in 2006, where he served as a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and as a judicial intern for the Honorable John Dooley of the Vermont Supreme Court.

Alexandra Edelman concentrates her practice in the areas of banking, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. She represents a variety of business clients in court, alternative dispute proceedings, as well as regulatory proceedings before agencies of the State of Vermont. She has litigated loan defaults, foreclosures, title disputes, contract disputes, business dissolutions and fraud. Along with a broad commercial litigation practice, Alex has experience representing companies on regulatory issues at the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, The Green Mountain Care Board, and the Attorney General's Office. She also provides representation to Chapter 7 and 11 Case Trustees and to creditors in the bankruptcy courts in Vermont and the Northern District of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Alex was an associate in the Litigation Department of Herrick, Feinstein LLP, where she represented corporations and individuals in state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey.

Adam Mordecai's trial practice involves representing insured individuals or entities involved in or facing litigation, construction disputes, employment matters, business and commercial litigation, and the pursuant of subrogation claims. Adam is an active member of the New Hampshire civil defense bar. He is a current board member, past-Chair, and a past New Hampshire President of the Tri-State Defense Lawyers Association. He also recently served as the New Hampshire State Representative to DRI, the largest organization of attorneys defending the interests of businesses and individuals in civil litigation. Adam is also a member of the Federal Bar Association and Manchester Bar. Adam received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in Virginia and is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Vermont.
