Deborah Shenk and James Beebe-Woodard have joined HowardCenter’s Development Office.
Shenk is Director of Development and Communications. Her fund-raising experience includes positions at diverse non-profit organizations, including Shelburne Museum, the University of Vermont and, most recently, Planned Parenthood of Central North Carolina.
Beebe-Woodard is Grants and Research Manager. He is the former Executive Director of the Vermont Teacher Diversity Scholarship Program. His broad experience in non-profit organizations includes work with the Lamoille North Supervisory Union, the Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children, and AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, where he got his start as a direct client services clinician.
