PC Construction today announced the promotions of James Fayette and Jeff Garner.
James Fayette was promoted to Senior Vice President, assuming all leadership and operational responsibilities in the company’s Buildings and Facilities business segment. Fayette is a 1985 graduate of Vermont Technical College. He originally joined PC Construction in 1979 as a laborer and worked for the company throughout his time in college. He rejoined the company in 2002 and has served in business development, project management, and executive leadership roles during that time. Jay also serves on the KidSafe Collaborative of Chittenden County Board of Directors.
Jeff Garner was promoted to Vice President responsible for the company’s estimating operations. Garner is a 1992 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology. He joined PC Construction in 1999 as a project manager in the heavy industrial and advanced technology markets. He moved into the project executive role seven years later before making the move to manage the estimating department at the corporate office.
