Ledyard National Bank is pleased to announce that Shawn Bard has joined its Route 120, Lebanon, office as its Assistant Vice President and Banking Office Manager. Shawn has over 3 years of experience in retail banking. Prior to joining Ledyard, he held the position of Assistant Banking Center Manager and Officer at Bank of America in Hanover, NH. He was responsible for managing all aspects of the business and developing future growth plans in the region. He also had an integral part in managing one of the largest bank branches in the state of New Hampshire.
In his previous role, Shawn completed numerous sales and management programs aimed at teaching associates how to become more proficient in their positions. He accumulated several awards for performance and merit issued by his superiors. In addition to his banking experience, he has 7 years of management and sales experience from another Fortune 500 company, PepsiCo, as well as 2 smaller corporations.
Shawn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Maine. He relocated to the Upper Valley in 2002.
Ledyard National Bank is also pleased to announce that Cynthia Perdue has joined its West Lebanon office as Assistant Vice President and Banking Office Manager. Cynthia spent the last 7 years at Citizens Bank in West Lebanon, most recently as its Assistant Branch Manager. She also held management
positions at other companies, with responsibilities ranging from sales and
contract work to human resources and bookkeeping. Cynthia is currently earning her MBA in Business Administration and Finance from Everest University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Cynthia resides in Grafton, NH.
