Vermont Teddy Bear Company announces the promotion of Katie Camardo to Senior VP, Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Katie was the Vice President of Operations until her promotion in November. Katie’s current role oversees the management of our Global Sourcing Team, Employee & Customer Relations, Manufacturing and Distribution.
Since joining VTB in August of 1997 as the Retail Store Manager, she has been the Director of Sales Operations & Director of Operations.
Dan Burns has also joined Vermont Teddy Bear as their Director of Global Sourcing. Prior to his role at the Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Dan worked for 12 years with Select Design, a marketing services company in Burlington, Vermont, as the Director of Global Sourcing and Director of Operations. Prior to Select Design, Dan worked with Burton Snowboards as their Global Distribution Manager.
