Attorneys Craig T. Miskovich and John H. Hollar have advanced in leadership roles at the northern New England law firm of
Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC. Miskovich, who practices in Brattleboro, was elected to membership in the firm as a director during the annual meeting held December 17. Miskovich focuses his practice in the areas of health law and financial services law. He graduated with highest honors from the University of Connecticut Law School and joined DRM in 2004 after working at a Boston law firm for two years. Miskovich is a 1992 graduate of Harvard College.
Montpelier attorney John H. Hollar has joined with Lebanon-based
Director Peter D. Van Oot to co-chair the firm's Regulated Entities
Group. The group includes the energy and telecommunications; real
estate, land use and environmental law; government and public affairs; and health law practices. One of the most experienced lobbyists in Vermont, Hollar also co-chairs the firm's government and public affairs practice. He is a 1989 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.
