Union Bank Announces Employee Promotions

At the Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Union Bankshares, Inc., on Wednesday, May 19, the Board of Directors of Union Bankshares, Inc. and Union Bank announced the following promotions to Union Bank staff members:

Don Goodhue to Vice President, Information Systems Officer; Robyn Masi to Vice President, Branch Manager of Union Bank’s Stowe Office and Karen Noyes to Vice President, Branch Manager of Union Bank’s Morrisville-Northgate Plaza Office. Mr. Goodhue has been with the Bank for 8 years. He is active in the Hardwick Bible Baptist Church and resides in Eden. Ms. Masi has been with the Bank for 17 years. She is a member of the Lamoille County Restorative Justice Board of Directors and Lamoille County Court Diversion Panel Review Board; and lives in Stowe with her two daughters. Ms. Noyes has been a Union Bank employee for 30 years. She is a member of the Board of Lamoille County Habitat for Humanity and lives in Stowe with her husband and daughter.
