Three from Stantec elected to state engineering association board

Three engineers from Stantec’s South Burlington, Vermont, office have been elected to the Board of Directors for the Vermont Society of Professional Engineers (VSPE): Greg Goyette as president, Amanda Hanaway-Corrente as state director, and Kaytee Manchester as secretary.

Goyette is a civil engineer in Stantec’s Transportation division and Vermont’s 2008 Young Engineer of the Year. As president of the VSPE, he will represent the state in the national organization’s annual meeting in St. Louis later this month.

Hanaway-Corrente, also a transportation engineer, is current president of the Vermont Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers and organizes Vermont’s annual Engineers Week activities.

Manchester is an environmental engineer and member of the Green Mountain Water Environment Association and Engineers Without Borders. She also helped the VSPE design its web site.
