Need help with employee engagement and retention?
Phil Chadderdon, VMEC Professional Manufacturing & Business Growth Advisor, has been helping manufacturing businesses improve and grow for over 30 years. Check out below what Phil has been up to lately and ways he can help your organization with its business success!
I've been spending my time helping front line leaders with skills that relate directly to employee engagement and retention. Experience shows that the biggest factor in retention is the person's boss, not the company.
The Gallup organization has a cool survey that highlights the drivers of engagement. It relates well to Job Relations (JR) and Job Instruction (JI), skills that come from Training Within Industry (TWI). A growing number of companies in VT are benefiting from the skills developed from TWI. If you are not familiar with these results and how important they are to a company's success when it comes to recruitment and retention, I'd like to help!
Want to learn more? Connect with Phil today at pchadderdon@vmec.org
