Wednesday March 23, 5:00-6:00 pm
The Vermont Global Warming Solutions Act (GWSA) requires the Rural Resilience and Adaptation Subcommittee of the Vermont Climate Council to recommend tools for municipalities to assess their climate emergency preparedness, evaluate their financial capacity to address infrastructure resilience, and prioritize investment in that infrastructure.
The Subcommittee is planning a focus group of municipal and regional volunteers and employees that represent the future users of a Climate Toolkit to gather feedback on toolkit scope and design. The focus group will take place virtually on March 23rd, from 5-6pm. Please fill out the following survey if you are interested in providing your thoughts on what should be included in a Climate Toolkit. If you indicate your interest in participating in the focus group, you will receive a follow-up email with the Zoom link for the virtual meeting.
If you are unavailable to attend the meeting on March 23rd, there will be an opportunity to provide written feedback through a separate survey; there is a survey question where you can indicate that preference.
If you have any questions, please reach out to GWSA Coordinator, Marian Wolz. For more information, visit the Climate Council website.
