Lenny’s Shoe and Apparel and the Vermont Foodbank are encouraging holiday shoppers to get out early this year and participate in Lenny’s 9th Annual Charity Sale on Saturday, October 26, 2019. Lenny's has locations in Barre, St Albans, Williston and Plattsburgh, NY.
With a $10 donation made at Lenny’s through Friday October 25, or $15 donation made on Saturday, Lenny’s shoppers will have access to exclusive savings storewide on October 26. Additionally, 100% of the donations collected will be given to the Vermont Foodbank and JCEO Plattsburgh Foodshelf. Charity Sale shoppers will be helping the Foodbank to provide food to our neighbors in need.
“Every day people in Vermont struggle to feed themselves and their families,” says Vermont Foodbank CEO, John Sayles. “Through this event, Lenny’s has provided a great way for people to take action against food insecurity in Vermont. It makes a huge difference in the lives of our neighbors, helping ensure that everyone has the nourishing food they need to thrive.”
Previous Charity Sales at Lenny’s Shoe and Apparel have raised over $110,000 for Vermont and northern New York children, families and seniors who experience hunger.
