Call for Workshop Proposals
The Vermont Urban & Community Forestry Program welcomes workshop proposals for the 2019 Vermont Arbor Day Conference on May 2 at the Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier. This annual one day conference is open to all and intended to enhance technical skills, discuss hot topics, and network with professionals and volunteers engaged in urban and community forestry.
Review the workshop guidelines and submit your workshop proposal via the online submission form. Proposals are due Friday, January 18th, 2019.

Technical skills for seasoned volunteers, arborists, foresters, and landscapers.
Local Volunteers & Staff
Topics of interest to municipal staff, tree wardens, tree boards, and conservation commission members.

Topics related to forest health including emerging issues and management.
