“LANDLORD RESTORATION PROGRAM” GOES TO ST. ALBANS
Last September, the Attorney General’s Office launched a year-long, community-focused program to assist owners of rental property to comply with Vermont’s lead safety laws. The Landlord Restoration Program provides information and assistance to eligible property owners to restore rental properties with lead paint hazards. The Program focuses on Vermont towns with some of the highest rates of elevated blood levels in children.
The Program runs from September 2017 through September 2018. The fifth and final meeting is being offered in St. Albans. The Attorney General’s Office and Department of Health will host the following community meeting in St. Albans to assist landlords:
Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 4:00pm
City Hall (council room), 100 North Main Street, St. Albans, VT 05478
