The workshop presenter is Teresa Miele who has over 20 years of HR experience with her most recent position at Rutland Plywood Corporation. When the company was destroyed by a catastrophic fire it required her to use all of her knowledge and abilities to support employees through the loss of both the company and their jobs. Miele started her own HR consulting company, HR Acquired, LLC and she now supports multiple businesses in a variety of industry sectors.
