Power Forward! 13 Week Strategic Planning Course – Product Entrepreneurs

Fee: FREE, for qualified applicants thanks to the Mayor’s Prize for Entrepreneurship, a grant from the City of Burlington’s Mayor Miro Weinberger in partnership with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.

Taught by Carolyn Cooke of ISIS clothing and Annette Rexroad of Road Crew Cruch, the 13 week course will help participants in the product industry build a stronger business, strategic growth plan, and enriching personal and professional network. Upon completing the program with a strategic plan at the end of 13 weeks, participants will be eligible for an individual mentor who can help keep momentum through the implementation stage.
Business owners in the food industry are especially encouraged to apply.
Who should apply?
- Woman-owned business
- Revenues of $50k to $400k
- Been in business for at least 2 years, actively making sales for 1 year
- Looking to grow the business
- Product-based business
- (Preferred) at least 1 employee
- (Preferred) looking to grow business into Burlington, VT (clients, brick-and-mortar, hire employees in/from, etc.)
