'Thriving Together' a new workshop offering dispute and conflict resolution

Attend 'Thriving Together.'  a new workshop offering a

to introduce leaders to systems that foster a more productive and healthy

responses to it in dollars, loss of talent, inferior services/product and

diminished reputation.

"       Learn how your employee's morale and productivity are linked to human

values and recognize the variety ways in which conflict arises in

organizations when these values are minimized.

"       Explore the principals of design architecture in construction of a conflict

management system to increase morale and productivity.

"       Gain Knowledge of interest-based conflict management systems for greater

"       Learn how to effectively launch a conflict management system and how to
