Vermont Student Entrepreneurship Day
February 8, Montpelier Statehouse, 7:30 to noon
“Vermont Entrepreneurship--- it’s amazing for all ages.”
Celebrate Vermont Entrepreneurship Day February 8th from 9:15am – noon at the Capitol Plaza Hotel featuring a panel of six amazing Vermont Entrepreneurs of all ages, a robotics demonstration by the young Rutland Robo-Rattlers ages 8-12 years who build LEGO robots and have won many state and national competitions, the announcement and showcase of the winners of the annual high school/technical center visual media competition themed “Vermont Entrepreneurship..it’s amazing for all ages” (mini-videos & bumper stickers), Governor’s welcome and Proclamation for Vermont Entrepreneurship; and more. Students representing Career and Technical Center Student Organizations: FBLA, FFA, DECA and Skills USA will share information and provide a light breakfast for legislators in the Statehouse cafeteria from7:30am – 9:00am. Students, teachers, business leaders from all parts of state will be in attendance; open to the public.
