The Vermont Legislature will consider bills next year increasing the state minimum wage to $15 an hour. We need input from VBSR members on this proposal and how it can best be shaped to work for employers and employees.
This workshop will also feature a panel of business leaders, policy experts, and labor advocates speaking about the economic impact of increasing the Vermont minimum wage, how to address the benefits cliff for workers, and what this change could mean for employee benefit packages.
