XPX New England is launching a workshop focused on mergers and acquisitions
as a result of the major increase in ownership transitions across the country
in the past year. Attendees will hear from a panel of business owners who can
attest to the pitfalls and successes of ownership transitions. The expert
panel will discuss topics related to private external sale, employee stock
ownership plan (ESOP) and management buy-out. In partnership with Southern
