Bailey to keynote Vermont Specialty Food Gathering on June 9
Chris Bailey of Vermont Smoke & Cure, will join the state’s leading specialty food producers as the featured luncheon speaker at the June 9 annual educational forum & meeting. Bailey will recap the journey of Smoke & Cure from being a local smokehouse in 2006 to become the leading meat snack company in the natural channel.
The popular gathering of Vermont food producers will be held in the Event Barn at the picturesque Mountain Top Inn, Chittenden, VT and is hosted by the Vermont Specialty Food Association.
