Keep BT Local Co-op Hosts Update Session with Expert Brian Lippold
Burlington, Vt--The Keep BT Local Cooperative is holding an open session at
the Champlain College Miller Center at 175 Lakeside Avenue, Room Number
101/102 at 2PM on June 14th.
The session will provide an update on the goals and objectives of the Keep BT
Local Co-op and a presentation from Brian Lippold, of Casco Bay Advisors, a
seasoned veteran in the field of telecommunications who is advising the
Cooperative on a plan to acquire Burlington Telecom. A Question and Answer
session will follow the presentations.
About Casco Bay Advisors, LLC:
Lippold’s firm, Casco Bay Advisors, LLC, based in North Yarmouth, Maine,
advises telecom service providers and municipalities in New England on
strategic and business planning, and the technical and operational approaches
to serving communities while remaining competitive in the changing
telecommunications landscape.
Lippold is developing a Business and Acquisition Plan for the Keep BT Local
Co-op to create a community owned, local telecommunications cooperative to
own and manage Burlington Telecom in the future.

Keep BT Local is a community-based cooperative, which was formed to bring
local citizens together under one banner with one community-owned business to
acquire Burlington Telecom and retain it as a locally owned business.

1. 175 Lakeside Ave is just off of Pine Street. The room is immediately to
the right of the main entrance.
2. Parking is available in a free lot behind building. Signs say parking by
"Permit Only" but that does not apply on Sunday
