Plans Set for Vermont Specialty Food Gathering

A strong lineup of workshops are set for the annual meeting of the Vermont Specialty Food Association on June 4. The popular gathering of Vermont food producers will be held in the Event Barn at the picturesque Mountain Top Inn, Chittenden, VT.

The expanded offering of educational sessions and workshops for its annual meeting including:

·         Your Customers Love Videos: How to Start Making Them and Getting Viewed

·         Composting for Vermont Food Producers

·         GMO Labeling Final Regulations

·         How to become a B Corp and what it means

·         Would You Put That In Your Mouth?

Joining VSFA this year will be a strong line-up of program participants including award-winning Vermont-based writer, Melissa Pasanen, with a talk on “How to put your specialty product on the daily menu.” Also, Ron Tanner from the National Specialty Food Association with insight on “Today’s Specialty Food Consumer” that is sure to help all members going forward.
