Governor Shumlin will hold a press conference Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. at Burlington High School to make an announcement about Vermont’s dual enrollment program, which allows Vermont students to earn college credit for free while still in high school. The Governor will be joined by Vermont State Colleges Chancellor Jeb Spaulding and others.
