Maple Landmark offers Manufacturing Tour February 27

Join Mike Rainville on Friday, February 27 for a tour of the manufacturing shop at Maple Landmark. The shop is located at 1297 Exchange Street in Middlebury, VT and the tour will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Maple Landmark has been crafting eco-friendly, educational wooden toys, games, and gifts for about 35 years. From its beginnings in a garage, the company has grown to employ about 40 people. Maple Landmark also has a unique family story, with several generations of Rainvilles working for the business. See what happens at the other end of the supply chain after locally sourced logs leave the woodlot and wind up in the hands of wood products manufacturers. You can learn more about Maple Landmark by visiting www.maplelandmark.com.

There is no cost but pre-registration is required by February 25, 2015.
