The Key to Economic Development? What Works Locally

(Rutland, VT) - The Rutland Regional Planning Commission invites you to be part of Finding the Sweet Spot: New Approaches to Economic Development in the Rutland Region, a groundbreaking campaign to spur economic development and focus efforts on more locally-lead, regional efforts. The campaign will kick off with a series of presentations and workshops on October 1 & 2, 2014.

We are excited to have Erik Pages from EntreWorks Consulting, an economic development and policy development firm, to help us to explore New Approaches to Economic Development in the Rutland Region. His presentation will be followed by more in-depth sessions focused on helping communities and regions achieve their entrepreneurial potential. Pages’ specialty is helping communities support local innovators and nurture new drivers of local wealth creation.
