Colors of the Kingdom, Sept 20, St Johnsbury

The NORTHEAST KINGDOM COLORS OF THE KINGDOM AUTUMN FESTIVAL will be held this Saturday, Sept. 20, in downtown St. Johnsbury. The festival, which runs all day, features train rides, an arts & crafts fair, farmers’ market, cookie walk, pancake breakfast, street art walk, musical performances, free admission to the Fairbanks Museum and planetarium shows and more.

The Northeast Kingdom Chamber, which organizes the festival, has a number of wonderful community partners that are helping with the event, and it should be a wonderful day. We would like to especially thank our chamber members - the St. Johnsbury Railroad Heritage Society,  Catamount Arts, the Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium and the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum & Art Gallery - for their tremendous assistance and support in putting on this event.

We would also like to thank our sponsors for their great support: TD Bank, Downs Rachlin Martin, Price Chopper, Maple Grove Farms of Vermont, Fairbanks Scales, Passumpsic Savings Bank, Community National Bank, Weidmann and Union Bank. We would also like to thank the Caledonian-Record and Vermont Broadcast Associates for their tremendous promotion of the festival.

I have enclosed a link to our web calendar entry that lists all the great activities going on that day and was hoping you would pass along this information to coworkers and friends. The success of this great annual event depends on the assistance and support of many, and we very much appreciate your support and promotion of this festival!
