The purpose of this retreat is an opportunity for you to get out of “the rat race” for a couple of days, and to experience living in the present in a peaceful and quiet setting.
What will happen during the weekend?
We have created an atmosphere for personal freedom, creative thinking, liberation from technology, and a space from the working world where we can all once again be… human. Friendships are based on real-life connections, and this weekend will introduce you to others with similar interests and concerns.
Where: Sky Meadow Center, 63 Winchester Road, Stannard, VT 05842
When: Friday through Sunday, May 23-25, 2014. Arrival is Friday evening for dinner and room assignments. There is no formal agenda of activities or discussions. Yoga, meditation, and massage are available. There is also an 18’ Sioux tipi with an open fire pit and sleeping platforms with mats. You are free for the entire weekend to do whatever you want. Dinner Friday evening during orientation. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday. Saturday night a video of Eckhart Tolle, “Finding Your Life’s Purpose” will be shown. Sunday, breakfast and lunch. The Retreat officially ends at 4pm on Sunday.

Suggestions for the Weekend:
1. When a person signs up they will indicate the name, model number, and price of the electronic devices they are going to leave in their car trunk or our safe.
2. Their devices will be put in a plastic zip-lock bag with their real name on one side, and their alias on the other. All bags will be put into a larger plastic bag and locked in a car trunk or safe.
The person will receive a receipt with the information about the devices that they deposited during registration.
3. Anyone can leave the program at any time, and their electronic devices will promptly be returned.
4. At the site there will be no Wi-Fi or internet capability available.
5. There will be a telephone available 24/7 to make and receive emergency calls.
6. Each person will be given a name tag with any name that they request printed upon it. First name only.
7. Wallets and credit cards should be locked in the participant’s car.
8. Deposits and payments will be received via PayPal.
