Vermont Business Magazine Community Bank NA recently announced plans to open a new location at Cottonwood Drive on Route 2 in Williston in mid-December. The brand-new office space will offer retail, business and trust services and add the Williston community to the bank’s extensive branch network.
Upon completion of the building, all staff from Community Bank N.A.’s 275 Kennedy Drive branch in South Burlington will relocate to Williston, including government, commercial banking and trust teams. The branch is expected to open mid-December with all other departments moving over by January 18, 2021.
“Our team can’t wait to welcome customers into the new space,” Community Bank N.A. Charles Perrillo, SVP, Chief Trust Investment Officer said. “The building is being constructed specifically for our customers, and for the most part by our customers, so it will allow for an enhanced experience. We look forward to opening a physical location in Williston, a community that our team has served and been involved with for years!”
The new Williston location will have 4 teller stations, a 24-hour ATM, 2 drive-thru lanes, a night depository and safe deposit boxes.
Community Bank N.A. will maintain two locations in South Burlington on Williston Road and Shelburne Road. The branches will continue to offer customers a wide range of services, including personal and business checking and savings accounts, commercial lending and mortgages.
“Our fantastic teams at the Williston Road and Shelburne Road South Burlington locations will remain available to assist the financial needs of the community,” Anita Bourgeois, Regional Manager said. “Although our operations are moving from Kennedy Drive, these two remaining locations will ensure our team continues to offer quality service to the South Burlington community.”
