Zero Gravity to reopen after all COVID tests negative

Vermont Business Magazine Zero Gravity Craft Brewery issued a statement on Instagram today that all employees have tested negative for COVID-19. The Burlington brewer, along with Foam Brewers and their associated restaurants Deep City and the Great Northern were temporarily closed last week following a possible exposure of one employee. All subsequent tests, however, have returned negative results. They will reopen on Tuesday.

Original Zero Gravity statement: "We have been informed that one of our staff members has been potentially exposed to Covid 19. While there have been no confirmed cases or any signs of symptoms in our building or amongst our staff, we feel that it is important to temporarily close our taproom while our staff gets tested and waits for the results. This is out of an abundance of caution and respect for the wellbeing of our staff and community.

"We feel so lucky to be able to continue to stay open for our community, and taking every precaution possible is an important part of that mission. We love you and we love our staff, so it only feels right to pause our operations while we confirm that everyone is healthy. These proactive measures will ensure that we are doing our part to protect our community and ourselves. We’ll be back to normal as soon as we know it is safe!

"As always: take care of each other, wash your hands, and wear your mask."
