Vermont Business Magazine VBSR has announced that Roxanne Vought will be its new executive director. Vought brings over 20 years of experience in Vermont’s private, public, and non-profit sectors, including business development, education, human resources management, workforce development, and non-profit management. She takes over from Jane Campbell, who announced she was stepping down last November.

Formerly the Deputy Director of Advance Vermont, a statewide initiative to increase the civic and economic vitality of Vermont through educational attainment, Vought has also led education and workforce development initiatives for VBSR, managed human resources and public-private partnerships for a Vermont-based startup, and developed non-degree programming for University of Vermont Continuing and Distance Education.
"We are very excited to have Roxanne join us as VBSR's next Executive Director," said Frank Sadowski, Chair of the VBSR Board of Directors, "She will continue building the organization so that we can do even more for our members and our state."
